We are pleased to share that, following a change in the visa process policy by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, effective January 26, 2026, the Visa Grant Notice has been transformed into a digital notice, where applicants can check their visa status through the link below.
Visa results can be checked via the Korea Visa Portal:

Applicants may also download and print the issued visa from the portal.
Before printing your visa, please ensure that all personal information exactly matches your passport. If there are any discrepancies, please send a correction request to the email [kvacph@visaforkorea-mn.com] below with the following attached:
1. Copy of your passport bio page
2. Copy of visa grant notice (PDF file or clear scanned photo)
3. Correction request with specified error
(ex: Requesting to correct Spelling of Name from KIME to KIM)
